Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP)

Ms Bronagh Donnelly is an Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) in Rapid Diagnostics at King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. Bronagh’s journey begun over 20 years ago at Canterbury Christ Church University where she obtained her diploma in nursing.  Bronagh went on to complete her nursing degree at Derby University. This set the stage for a career dedicated to excellence in cancer care.

With a wealth of clinical, management, leadership, and service delivery skills, complemented by exceptional interpersonal abilities, Bronagh’s career is a rich tapestry of transformative roles, from administering chemotherapy early in her career at St. Bartholomew’s Hospital, London, to pioneering cancer research at the same institution. Her career took her to the Middle East where she worked for a number of years as a senior oncology nurse at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Saudi Arabia, she returned to London where her professional journey continued to ascend, she assumed pivotal roles such as the Chemotherapy Day Unit Manager and Clinical Nurse Specialist for Acute Oncology at Guys and St. Thomas Hospital.

More recently, Bronagh’s expertise led to her appointment as Senior Clinical Nurse Specialist for Uro-Oncology at King’s College Hospital Foundation Trust, culminating in her current role as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner in Rapid Diagnostics within the same trust.
